We often find trusses that have been modified, damaged, or drilled during handover inspections, which in many cases has occurred post frame certification. Many of the home buyers are unaware of the truss issues. In some other instances the buyer has been told it is nothing to worry about and are supplied with the frame certification.

3.9 Truss Modification
Under no circumstances shall a truss be modified by cutting, drilling, or by any other method that may interfere with its structural integrity, without being approved.
