COVERAGE AND PRICING INFORMATION
Inspectrite will inspect buildings anywhere on the Central Coast, as far as the Lower Hunter in the north and Hornsby to the south.
The following rates are current as at 1st July 2009, and may be used as an accurate guide for inspection and report pricing. The quoted price includes combined timber pest and building inspection and reporting, the use of thermal imaging and microwave scanning equipment, online reporting, goods and services tax and travel costs.
These rates are for single dwelling residential buildings only, and do not apply to commercial, industrial or residential buildings with multiple tenancies.
Central Coast flat rate = $450.00
Central Coast flat rate applies to the Central Coast area bounded by Lake Macquarie to the north and the Hawkesbury River to the south.
Lower Hunter flat rate = $500.00
Lower Hunter flat rate applies to the southern part of Cessnock Shire including the township and Wollombi Valley area.
Hawkesbury River boat access = $775.00
Hawkesbury River flat rate applies to river properties which are not serviced by roads, and that can only be accessed by water.
